Agreement between silent screen idol Nils Asther and Zeppo Marx, by which Asther agrees to employ Marx as his "exclusive agent for the period of Ninety (90) Days,' during which Marx is to use his best efforts to obtain employment for Asther in "the motion picture and entertainment industries." An amendment, initialed by both, notes: "Except stage and personal appearances." Signed at the conclusion in fountain pen by Marx and Asther. In fine condition. An interesting association piece.
