Handsome, highly detailed 12 x 8.75 engraving of a "View of the Attack on Bunker's Hill, with the Burning of Charles Town, June 17, 1775," drawn by Mr. Millar and engraved by John Lodge, published circa 1783 as an illustration in Barnard's History of England. The detailed scene shows four British warships in the harbor as they land troops and bombard Charlestown, which is aflame in the background. Handsomely matted and framed to an overall size of 15.5 x 13.25. In fine condition.
