Manuscript DS, signed three times (twice "Sam'l B. Webb, Col.," and once "Sam'l B. Webb"), one page, 7.5 x 9, December 13, 1782. Document certifying that John Forbes served in Webb's regiment during the years 1780 and 1781. In fine condition.
