Vintage fountain pen signature by the versatile performer, "Jerry Lewis,” on an off-white 5 x 3 card. In very fine condition, with a photo of Lewis affixed to the lower left corner. In 1946, Lewis teamed up with Dean Martin to form the comedy duo Martin and Lewis before going solo in 1956. Encapsulated and graded by PSA/DNA as "MINT 9."
