Vintage color 5.5 x 3.5 postcard of the 7th-century Christian monastery Whitby Abbey, signed on the front in fountain pen, “W. A. Sunday, 2 Tim 2:15.” Collector’s notations to the reverse date the autograph to January 23, 1914. In fine condition.
2 Timothy 2:15 reads 'Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth.'
