General William Westmoreland’s Vietnam-era official U.S. Army military duty uniform shirt. The silver tan short-sleeve dress shirt, no size, retaining its original Quang Chau (Saigon) collar label, bears embroidered four-star general rank insignia to both collars, and the left and right chest areas feature an array of pins and badges, including a Combat Infantryman Badge, a Master Parachutist Badge, a Military Assistance Command Vietnam War patch, a leather name patch, and a group of five ribbon bars for 15 awarded medals or citations, such as the Air Medal, the American Defense Service Medal, the American Campaign Medal, the European-African-Middle Eastern Campaign Medal, the World War II Victory Medal, the Army of Occupation Medal, the National Defense Service Medal, the Korean Service Medal, the Legion of Honour, the Croix de Guerre, and the United Nations Korea Medal. Included with the shirt are a light blue “Insignia, B.O.S. Infantry Scarf, Bib Type Class 9,” a silk camo scarf, and a four-star general tie clip. In fine condition.
