Terrific vintage matte-finish 7.5 x 10 close-up portrait of the young actor, signed and inscribed in fountain pen, "For Eloise Steele, Much good luck, Jim Cagney." Collector's ink notations on reverse indicate that the photo was signed on January 27, 1936. In very good to fine condition, with a few creases (one on Cagney's forehead), and trimmed edges slightly impinging on the start of the inscription.
