American animator (1914-1997) who worked on Fantasia, Dumbo, Saludos Amigos, and The Three Caballeros. Original circa 1980 felt tip sketch of Dumbo accomplished by Milt Neil on an off-white 8 x 10.5 sheet, signed in the lower left corner, "Milt Neil." In fine condition, with an irregularly trimmed left edge.
