Three small swatches of Kapton foil attested to as being flown as part of the Apollo 11 Command Module Columbia's thermal protection subsystem. The swatches, measuring .75″ x .5″ together, are affixed to an 8.5 x 11 informational presentation sheet hand-signed by Ken Havekotte, stating that it was removed after splashdown by O. W. Nasse, who was assigned to the Apollo 11 post-landing and safety recovery team. In fine condition.
