Rare original 8.5 x 11 handbill/flyer for the Talking Heads and The Shirts at Boston's famous Kenmore Square rock venue, The Rathskeller (known as The Rat), on November 11-14, 1976. Reverse is addressed to Richard Nolan, lead singer of Boston-based New Wave band Third Rail. In very good to fine condition, with tears, and associated tears, along the edges. A scarce, ultra-early Talking Heads promo piece—the band had just formed in 1975, and had played nearly all of their shows in New York City up to this point.
