Swatch of Kapton foil attested to as being flown and removed from the thermal protection system of the Apollo 11 Command Module Columbia, measuring approximately .25″ x .25″, affixed to a presentation image and displayed in a 6″ x 4″ x 1″ acrylic case. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from Ken Havekotte, stating that it was removed after splashdown by O. W. Nasse, who was assigned to the Apollo 11 post landing and safety recovery team.
