Very early DS, 13 pages, 9 x 14, March 27, 1931. A six-month partnership contract between Samuel Goldwyn Inc., and John Huston who agrees to "write stories, adaptations, continuities, scenarios and dialogue and that he will render such other service in the editorial department of the producer as the producer may request.” Signed at the conclusion in fountain pen by Huston. In fine condition. A particularly early document that predates his career as a film director; up to this point, Huston had only one writing credit to his name: the 1930 adventure film The Storm.
