Hand-addressed and free franked mailing panel, 5 x 3.25, addressed in Polk's hand to "Hon. Henry Hubbard, Charlestown, New Hampshire," and franked in the upper right, "Free, J. K. Polk." In fine condition. Hubbard represented New Hampshire as a member of the United States House of Representatives (1829-1835), in the Senate (1835-1841), and served as 18th governor of the state (1842-1844).
