Evans (signature), who commanded the USS Iowa in the Battle of Santiago; Francis A. Cook (signature), commander of the USS Brooklyn in the Battle of Santiago; Charles D. Sigsbee (signature), commander of the USS Maine; Winfield Scott Schley (ALS), the hero of the Battle of Santiago; Leonard Wood (ALS), who commanded the Rough Riders; and Richmond P. Hobson (ALS), who became a prisoner of war after the USS Merrimac was sunk during the Battle of Santiago. In overall very good to fine condition.
