Surgeon (1929-2019) at Parkland Hospital who attended to President Kennedy after he was shot on November 22, 1963. Original ballpoint sketch of "President Kennedy's Wounds" accomplished by Dr. McClelland on a white 6 x 4 card, signed along the bottom, "drawn by Robert McClelland, M.D." He annotates the diagram to identify the "Probably entry wound at hairline," "4x5 inch exit wound which I saw closely," "1/4 inch entry wound which I saw closely on the right side of the neck," and "Probable exit wound." In very fine condition. In McClelland's opinion, President Kennedy was first shot from behind with the bullet exiting the front of his neck low on the right side, and several seconds later he was shot in the head from the front (this bullet killed him). Encapsulated in a PSA/DNA authentication holder.
