(Hanna-Barbera Studios, 1993) Very desirable original limited edition serigraph cel entitled 'The Birth of Pebbles,' numbered 110/200, depicting Fred Flintsone carrying toys and visiting his wife Wilma and his new baby daughter, Pebbles; a sign on the hospital bed reads: “Flintstone, Baby Girl, 7 lbs 6 oz, February 23rd, 10,000 B.C.” Includes its rare original letter of authenticity that is signed in pencil by Bill Hanna and Joe Barbera. The cel, which measures 13.5 x 10.75, is placed on a color serigraph background on Westwind 300-gram blanc-colored paper, and the character images measure 3.75 x 3.25 (Fred) and 3.25 x 2.5 (Wilma and Pebbles). Both the background and the LOA feature a matching intaglio seal of authenticity, and both are attractively triple-matted and framed together to an overall size of 21.75 x 32. In fine condition. This serigraph is one of a suite of four designs that were produced to commemorate the enduring success of the Flinstones franchise.
