Scarce English and Afrikaans-language softcover booklet gilt-entitled “National Orders,” with dual front covers bearing an embossed coat of arms of South Africa, 6 x 8.5, signed at the top of the Afrikaans cover in black felt tip, “N. Mandela, 17-4-96.” Includes the original mailing envelope for “The National Orders of South Africa,” 9 x 6.5, which is signed by Mandela in the exact same manner. In overall fine condition. Both items are boldly signed and would make for attractive individual display pieces.
