Two stapled documents entitled "Apollo 15 Problem and Discrepancy List," dated September 21 and November 30, 1971, documenting issues and fixes for the Command and Service Module, Lunar Module, government furnished equipment, scientific instrument module experiments, and ALSEP. The lists provide fascinating, highly detailed insight and commentary regarding the hardware used on the Apollo missions—in spite of the profound success of the program, the equipment was not without flaws. In fine condition, with some edge toning.
