Attested to as flown by Astrotech—a piece of insulation material carried on the Space Shuttle Discovery Orbiter as part of a SPACEHAB mission, measuring 14.5 x 3.75, composed of fibrous Mylar with mounting holes to either side, a yellow parts label to reverse, “V070-363220-007, 03953, BK-3433,” and a stapled “Non-Conforming Material” tag marked “TCS 3-27-2645, V070 363220-007, BK 3433, Discovery-OV-103.” Both sides are stamped in red, “SCRAP.”
Accompanied by a photocopied letter of authenticity from Astrotech, which states, in part: "This letter certifies that the item(s) it accompanies were prepared, used and in many cases flown multiple times in support of the SPACEHAB missions. Due to the transition from and retirement of the Space Shuttle program, it is no longer possible for Astrotech to individually identify what particular flights this equipment was used on." The sheet contains a list of all of the missions on which a SPACEHAB module flew and was returned successfully.
