British Conservative statesman (1859-1925) who was viceroy of India and foreign secretary. ALS signed “Curzon,” one page both sides, 5.5 x 3.5, Carlton House Terrace stationery card, June 4, 1915. Brief handwritten letter to an artist or photographer, in full: “It is Friday not tomorrow that I must see you about the portrait and at 10:45 am here.” In fine condition, with a faint rusty paperclip impression to the top edge.
