Description

Limited edition artifact display prepared by Space Legacies, which they attest contains three flown material swatches from a manned Mercury, Gemini, and Apollo mission—a piece of the utility couch carried aboard the Mercury-Atlas 8 Sigma 7 flight in October 1962; parachute material carried aboard the Gemini 10 mission in July 1966; and a section of Beta cloth that was flown to the moon during the Apollo 17 mission in December 1972. Each swatch measures approximately 1″ x 1″ and is affixed to a color glossy 6″ x 4″ presentation card with information text to the front and back. Includes an attractive glass display stand. In fine condition. Accompanied by its original Space Legacies DATA CD, presentation box, and certificate of authenticity, with edition number 11/50.
