Group lot of nine vintage color glossy NASA photographs from the Apollo 11 mission, 7.75 x 9.5 and 8 x 10, which includes the following images: LMP Buzz Aldrin descending the ladder of the Lunar Module Eagle; Aldrin driving a core tube into the lunar soil during an EVA; Aldrin standing next to the American flag on the surface of the moon; the Eagle ascending from the moon and towards the Command Module Columbia for return docking, with the Earth visible in the distance; the fiery launch of the Saturn V rocket that propelled Apollo 11 to the moon; CDR Charles Conrad working at the LM Intrepid during an Apollo 12 EVA; a pair of tracks made on the lunar surface by the two-wheeled Modularized Equipment Transporter during the Apollo 14 mission; an image of planet Earth as viewed from space during Apollo 17; and an Apollo 17 astronaut collecting rocks at Steno Crater. The reverse of each photo bears “This Paper Manufactured by Kodak” watermarks. In overall very good to fine condition, with areas of toning from fingerprints, light surface marks and edgewear, and some soiling and emulsion loss to the Aldrin core photo.
