Partly-printed DS, signed twice, “O. Ellsworth, a Judge of Sup. Court” and “Oliv. Ellsworth, a Judge of Super. Court,” one page, 6.5 x 8.75, October 25, 1786. Ellsworth orders the sheriff of Hartford to summon Elisha Winchel and Daniel Holcomb to appear before the court in response to a lawsuit. In fine condition.
