Jones, the dean of Yale College, in full: "This will introduce my friend, Mr. Walter Dickey, of Kansas City, a very prominent merchant and manufacturer of that place. He has a son named after his father, Walter Grant Dickey, who enters college this year. May I ask you to be of such assistance to Mr. Dickey in the matter of advice as to the mode of life in college, etc., as you will doubtless be able to render him!" In fine condition.
