Letter to the "Ministre de la Marine" at Antibes, volunteering to go there to "temporarily occupy the hydrographic position of that city." Signed at the conclusion by Monge, who adds a three-line handwritten postscript. He signs again at the end of the postscript. In fine condition. Encapsulated in a PSA/DNA authentication holder.
