President Hayes authorizes and directs "the Secretary of State to affix the seal of the United States to a Warrant for the conditional pardon of Edmonia Jackson." Boldly signed at the conclusion in ink by President Hayes. In very good to fine condition, with light irregular toning. Encapsulated in a PSA/DNA authentication holder.
