Limited edition CinemaScene sculpture for the 1995 film Apollo 13 entitled ‘Splashdown,’ made by Universal Art Editions by Magi, numbered JL125 of JL1000, measuring 9 x 5.5 x 5, featuring an oceanic resin base and a silkscreened backdrop of two rescue helicopters, which is signed in black felt tip by James Lovell and Fred Haise. The scene includes a hand-painted command module. In very good to fine condition, with a crack to oceanic base, scuffs to backdrop, and a missing righting sphere to the CM. Accompanied by a full letter of authenticity from Zarelli Space Authentication and by a certificate of authenticity from Universal Art Editions, which bears a preprinted signature of Ron Howard.
