Handwritten letter to "Enfield," in full: “In future communications about the Dinner had better be official with Col. Sir Howard Elphinstone K.C.B. R.E. V. C. This will I think be more respectful to the Prince.” In fine condition. Encapsulated in a PSA/DNA authentication holder.
