John J. Pershing of the United States, and Sir Admiral Earl David Beatty of Great Britain—attending the Liberty Memorial dedication ceremony in Kansas City on November 1, 1921, signed in the lower border in fountain pen by all five. Displayed in its original heavy bronze-and-wood plaque, 21 x 19, with legend below: "American Legion Convention, Kansas City, Missouri, November 1, 1921." In fine condition, with minor dampstaining to the mat. A magnificent piece signed by the five victors of 'the war to end all wars.'
