Rare official National Olympic Committee badge issued for the 1964 Tokyo Summer Olympics. Gold-plated, 50 mm x 67 mm, 62 gm, with the yellow-striped white double ribbon measuring 80 mm in length. The badge features the rising sun of the Japanese national flag bordered by bands in the colors of the Olympic rings, with an orange enamel bar below reading: "N.O.C.” Housed in a wooden box, originally issued with the badge of the 1962 IOC session held in Tokyo.
