The cel, which is marked "B2," is stapled to a laser color background of a window, through which the Batman signal is seen in the night sky. Image measures 9.5 x 7.5, with overall dimensions of 17 x 11. The piece has the golden Warner Bros. Production Art seal to upper left. In fine condition.
