(Walt Disney Studios, 1940) Original production drawing of Pinocchio from the film of the same name, which shows the title character underwater, with donkey ears and his tail tied to a rock, as he tries to find his father Geppetto, who is living inside the huge sperm whale Monstro. Accomplished in graphite and colored pencil on untrimmed 12 x 10 animation paper marked and stamped in the lower border as "12" and "Prod. 2003, Seq. 10, Scene 7.1." Image measures 3 x 5 and features a few handwritten artist notes. In fine condition, with some trivial wrinkling to left side.
