LS in French, signed “Lobau,” one page, 8 x 10.25, Département de la Seine letterhead, June 13, 1836. Untranslated letter to Étienne-Denis Pasquier, president of the Chamber of Peers. In fine condition, with wrinkling to the upper right corner and some minor staining near the signature.
