Civil War-era Treasury Warrant for civil services in the amount of $10, 7 x 3, issued to "F. R. Lubbock" at Austin, Texas, August 13, 1862, endorsed on the reverse by C. H. Randolph as treasurer of Texas. In fine condition. Lubbock was ostensibly Francis Richard Lubbock, who served as governor of Texas from 1861 to 1863.
