Trash Records 45 RPM single album for 'Crowds / She's Dead / Blockhead' by Angry Angles, numbered 98/500, signed and inscribed on the front cover in black ballpoint and ink, "Jay [Reatard] is stupid, Roland" and "Alix [Brown] love's you!"
