Attractive $10,000 bond of the Old Colony Steamboat Company, 13.25 x 9, issued to Kuyvet W. Sears of Nahant, Massachusetts, on October 20, 1890. The certificate features a nice vignette of a steamboat, with signatures of company officers canceled in ink. Matted and framed to an overall size of 19 x 15. In fine condition. The Old Colony Steamboat Company was chartered in April 1874 to operate freight and passenger steamers between Narragansett Bay and New York.
