President Monroe grants to John Klinefelter of Pennsylvania a parcel of land "in the district of Delaware and State of Ohio, containing one hundred and sixty acres." Signed at the conclusion by President Monroe and countersigned by Commissioner of the General Land Office John McLean. Matted and framed with a portrait bearing a facsimile signature to an overall size of 27.5 x 15. In very good to fine condition, with light soiling, scattered small stains, and some damage to seal.
