German Romantic composer (1854-1921) best known for the opera Hansel und Gretel. Unsigned handwritten note in German by Engelbert Humperdinck on the reverse of a 4.25 x 2 card imprinted with his name and title. In very good condition, with some surface loss and mounting remnants to edges.
