AMQS on the reverse of a vintage 5.5 x 4 glossy photo of Charpentier, who has penned four bars of music and lyrics from his opera Louise, signing underneath, "Gustave Charpentier 2/62," and who has also signed and inscribed the image side of the photo, "a Mr. Thomas K. Boyce, cordial hommage, Gustave Charpentier." In fine condition, with trimmed edges, a few small creases to the photo, and light soiling to the quote. Accompanied by the original mailing envelope.
