In overall fine condition. In a 2021 fashion editorial, the New York Times praised Rags as 'The Magazine That Invented Street Style.' Conceived as 'the Rolling Stone of fashion,' it was published by the music magazine’s legendary photographer Baron Wolman, along with editors Mary Peacock and Daphne Davis.
