Three items signed by the great portrait photographer: a semi-glossy 5 x 8 photo, signed and inscribed in the lower border in black felt tip; a TLS on Karsh letterhead, January 18, 1954, in part: "The project which you have undertaken for your 4H Club is an ambitious and interesting one…There is just one maxim which I always endeavour to keep at the forefront of my mind—'To thine own self be true'"; and an ink signature and inscription, "To Bill Rafter, Yousuf Karsh, 1997," on an off-white 5 x 3 card. In overall fine condition, with a small crease to the photo, and tape stains and corner loss to the letter.
