TLS, one page, 8.5 x 11, personal letterhead, June 15, 1945. Letter to "Mrs. Stadler,"discussing order fulfillment and logistics. In part: "By all means continue taking orders and sending out merchandise from stock. It is desire to supply the Salon primarily, sending the bulk of your store orders to be filled from here. Always send them by Air Mail and they will be shipped without delay. Orders handed this way are always fresh, cleanly packaged, and do not accumulate dust, etc. standing on the shelves…I assure you there is no desire to save expense through salary reductions, either in California or elsewhere—rather the reverse! I have always appreciated your ability, loyalty and personal endeavor, and am confident that I may count on a continuance of these excellent qualities in carrying out the new plan." In very good to fine condition, with creasing to the right edge.
