Marshall Space Flight Center plate at center: "Valve, Solenoid, Cold Helium, Assy No. 549, DAC Spec. 7851845515, Contr. No. NAS7-101, Ser. No. 0037, Date 4/65." The valve has blue anodized screw-on caps for the inlet, outlet, and vent ports.
