The certificate reads: "This Flag and Patch flew aboard STS-52, Space Shuttle Columbia, for 159 orbits, from Oct 22-Nov 1, 1992, deploying the LAGEOS II Satellite and operating the USMP-1 payload. The National Aeronautics and Space Aministration [sic] presents this certificate to: Frank Batty, In Recognition of contributions made to the success of the STS-52 mission."
