Partly-printed vellum DS, signed “George R,” one page, 13.5 x 9.5, February 1, 1820. King George IV appoints Patrick Kehoe as "Assistant Staff Surgeon to Our Forces." Signed at the head by King George IV and countersigned at the foot by Henry Addington, 1st Viscount Sidmouth. The white paper seal affixed to the upper left remains intact. In very good condition, with overall staining and toning.
