Brigadier general (1837-1864) in the Union Army who was killed in action at the Battle of Kennesaw Mountain. Manuscript DS, signed “C. G. Harker,” one page, 15.75 x 9.75, December 31, 1859. A "Return of Ordnance and Ordnance Stores, received, issued and remaining on hand, in the field," accounting for anvils, files, hammers, knives, punches, and other blacksmithing equipment. Signed in the lower right corner by Harker as second lieutenant. In fine condition.
