Blue Horizon Records 45 RPM single record for 'It's Okay With Me Baby / When My Left Eye Jumps,' released in early 1968, signed on the sleeve in ink, "Christine A. Perfect" (later Fleetwood Mac's Chrstine McVie), "Stan Webb, Guitar/Vocals," "Dave Bidwell, Drums," and "Andy Silvester, (Bass)." The sleeve also has a few annotations noting the members (impinging on the Bidwell and Silverster signatures), and the group's name written in bubble letters on the opposite side. In very good to fine condition, with light edge creasing, and moderate signature contrast. The record is included. A rare, super early autograph of Christine McVie using her maiden name; she married John McVie in 1968, and joined Fleetwood Mac in 1970.
