Manuscript document, three pages on two adjoining sheets (plus attached one-page survey drawing), 10.5 x 16.5, January 30, 1885. True copy of an indenture from The New York and Harlem R.R. Co. to Robert Goelet and Ogden Goelet, concerning a parcel of land that is now apparently situated at Grand Central Terminal in NYC - parcel in the block bounded by East 43d Street and East 44th Street, and Fourth and Lexington Avenues, being triangular in form. In very good to fine condition, with partial splits to folds.
