Williams for the use of the Schools in this Town…due & payable according to Law for the use afores'd, arising on the List of s'd Town of Lebanon…being seventy eight pounds four shillings." Signed at the conclusion by Williams and two other members of the school committee. In fine condition, with splits to ends of folds
