Part of Sahar's 'Global Warming' collection, the short, single-strap dress features feathery purple accents on the top and bottom. In fine condition. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from the designer, in part: "I made and lent this dress to Miley Cyrus for a photoshoot." Consignor notes that it seems that the feather lining was switched out for another shoot, which is why it does not match the image exactly.
